Matthew Stephen Echterling.
Matt received his first camera at age 8. By age 9 he was printing photographs in his own dark room. At the age of seventeen, Matt joined the U.S. Air Force. Matt finished his training top in his class and was promoted to Sergeant in a record time. Matt served with the 554th Red Horse combat engineers squadron. The "ACRONYM" for "RED HORSE" is Rapid Engineer Deployable---Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer. Red Horse is an Elite Engineering Force that is also trained in Combat Operations. One of the only ground combat squadrons in the Air Force. Matt spent the last year and a half of four, in the desert just south of Death Valley, training Fighter Pilots in air to ground ordinance deliveries. " it was hot and dry or cold and dry, But I loved anything that flew, fixed or rotary winged." Matt also was a avid cross country dirt bike racer, and a his favorite car 1967 Triumph TR4a irs.( British racing green).

Performing his artistry for over 25 years, Matt has traveled from Los Angeles to Washington D.C., from Canada to the Caribbean to create his images.

Matt also has studied in 3 different styles of martial arts, and played the guitar from the age of nine.
He is an illusionist. ( retired )
He has performed internationally.
You can no longer book Matthew for his Magic Act but during a photo session or wedding, parents are amazed at his ability to calm their children, (of all ages)
